The cooking holiday: A great opportunity to live for a week in a real Tuscan home, learning about authentic and organic Italian and vegetarian family food, touring beautiful art sites, visiting open markets, food and wine producers, meeting artists in their workshops, enjoying the gorgeous Tuscan landscape. A full immersion in the authentic Tuscan lifestyle!
The cooking classes: 2, 3 or 4 hands-on cooking classes per week based on seasonal produces and recipes coming from our regional family tradition. Learning how to make home made pasta with a large variety of sauces, soups and risotti, chicken and meat, fish, pizza and focaccia and a tousands ways to cook vegetables. Tips to use spices and herbs to make everything delicious, little secrets to combine the ingredients and make you feel confident in the kitchen. Maximum eight people per week to better enjoy each other's company and get all the care from your hosts.
The focus: Feeling the pleasure of cooking learning simple traditional recipes, something that will put together tasty and healthy, that you can see on your table everyday. Trusting that experience pays more than technique and the authentic time shared here with local people, art, food and nature will always be a connection to inspire your cooking creativity. Cooking and touring, inside the kitchen or into a colorful open market, appreciating the food and enjoying the Tuscan wines, you will join the great Mediterranean spirit!
