Terence Janericco Cooking Classes

To know how to cook well is to eat well.

For over 30 years, Terence Janericco Cooking Classes has taught people to cook better for themselves and their friends. We specialize in providing you with the tools to create appetizing, fresh, healthy meals easily and efficiently. Classes are offered in a congenial home environment in historic Bay Village in the heart of Boston and during the summer at a seaside Maine cottage.

5-Week Courses These participation classes meet once weekly in the morning or evening for five consecutive weeks. Classes are small, usually fewer than eight students, and topics include Gourmet Cooking, Italian Cooking, French Provincial Cooking, Asian Cookery, Baking and Desserts, and Vegetarian Cooking.

Single Sessions These demonstration classes (up to 18 students) concentrate on a particular area of cookery and meet morning or evening. Topics include Breads, Casseroles, Hors d'Oeuvre, Pasta, and Chocolate.

Create Your Own Class We can customize our classes to meet your needs, whether you want a class for a special occasion or to learn a particular dish or technique.
